Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. 

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
We approve the credit card at the point of the sale, but we do not charge your card until your order is ready to be shipped.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours we will notify you if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.

Can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you must call in within one hour of placing your order we will contact the warehouse to cancel your order. 

How will my order be shipped?
We use FedEx ground shipping for most of our orders.

What are your customer service hours?
We are here Monday – Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. EST, Saturday we are closed.
