Backorder Policy

Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse, we will contact you if items are backordered.

Return Policy

Have confidence in ordering with RCToysHobbies.com if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased it may be exchanged or returned only in the original unopened packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the package. All purchase exchanges and refunds will be minus the shipping. Please be sure to include all original packaging materials and instructions. Please contact us for return instructions. Do not return any item before you have contacted us. A refund will be credited back to your credit card minus the shipping and handling or freight charges.

Damaged Goods Policy

If the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (Not After Use) Please contact us for further instructions on how to get your complete refund.
